"Always seems to be out of stock"
I’ve tried placing an order a couple of times now, and both times the stuff I actually needed wasn’t available. The site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but it’s a bit frustrating when so many of the meds are out of stock. Kind of defeats the point.

"Charged More Than What My Order Showed"
When I checked out, my order total showed one amount, but then my card was charged more than that. I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but it took days to hear back and I still never got a clear explanation. I’m really disappointed because I expected better, and I don’t feel comfortable ordering again unless they sort out their billing.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from lumimeds.com kind of on a whim, and at first everything seemed totally fine. Checkout was easy, so I figured it would be a quick, normal delivery situation.
But then the shipping just dragged on, and the tracking sat there with no updates for days, which made me go, “uhh, what is happening?” I did get everything eventually, but the wait was frustrating. I’d maybe order again, but definitely not if I needed something fast.

"Refill was fine, but the slowpokes took their time"
The refill did go through and worked like it was supposed to, but man, the updates were slow. I kept checking and it felt like the lazy bunch behind it was moving at half speed. Not a total disaster, just more annoying than usual.

"Felt a little pressured without clearer ingredient info"
The site was fine overall, but I wish the ingredient amounts were easier to see before checking out. I kind of felt pressured to decide without having all the details in front of me. It’s not bad, I just wasn’t totally sure what I was getting...

I was surprised by how fast it helped. I wasn’t expecting much at first, but soon I actually started feeling better. Definitely glad I gave it a try.

"Got my order, but the process felt kind of messy"
I was able to place my order without any real issue at first, but then the checkout felt really slow, like I kept wondering if it was actually going through or not. After that, I didn’t get any updates for a few days, which was a little frustrating because I had no idea what was happening. I did contact support and they replied, so that was something, but the response wasn’t super clear and didn’t really make me feel much more informed. The order did show up eventually, so it worked out in the end, but the whole experience just didn’t feel very smooth.

"Dosage info left me a little confused"
The site was fine to use overall, but I got a bit confused when it came to the dosage instructions. I read through it a couple times and still wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to do. It’s not a bad site or anything, I just wish that part was explained in a more straightforward way. I’d give it 3 stars.
"Good packaging, just a little dented"
I ordered from lumimeds.com and it showed up fast, faster than I was expecting and everything inside was there and sealed up properly so I didn’t really have anything to complain about there.
The only thing I noticed was the outside box had a little dent on one corner, probably happened during shipping or while it was being handled, but the actual items were totally fine and nothing looked damaged.
I’d probably give it 5 stars if the box had arrived looking a bit cleaner, but overall I’m happy with the order and I’d still order again...

"Not a lot to choose from"
I went on lumimeds.com thinking there would be a decent amount of stuff to look through, but the selection felt kinda small to me.
A few of the categories didn’t have much in them, and I couldn’t really compare similar products like I wanted. Made the whole shopping part a bit annoying.
Maybe they’ll add more things later on, but right now it just don’t have enough variety for what I was looking for.

"Decent, but a bit overpriced"
Bottom line: it works okay, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth the price. My experience was fine overall, and I didn’t have any major issues, but for what you get, the cost feels a little high. I’d probably only recommend it if the price drops or there’s a discount.

"I really appreciated that the return policy..."
I really appreciated that the return policy was right there and easy to understand, not hidden somewhere annoying. It made me feel a lot more comfortable ordering. I haven’t had to deal with any big issue, actually, from what I saw, the whole process seems simple and low-stress.

I figured the prescription check might take a bit, but it was actually really easy. They verified it quickly, and I got email updates along the way, so I just assumed everything was moving as it should. No hassle at all...

"Reliable orders and decent support"
I’ve ordered from lumimeds.com twice now, and both times the package showed up when they said it would. The tracking worked fine too, which is always nice because you actually know what’s going on. One order took a little longer than the other, but support got back to me, so I feel like you can trust them enough based on my experience.

"Private and hassle-free, right?"
I used LumiMeds and liked that my personal details felt like they were kept private, which is kind of the main thing you hope for, right? Checkout was easy and didn’t give me any trouble. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the order updates were a bit clearer, but overall it was a good experience

"Packaging wasn’t discreet and no one took responsibility"
I was disappointed with the packaging. It had way too much information visible on the outside, so it definitely didn’t feel discreet at all. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help afterward, everyone seemed to pass it off to someone else and nobody really took ownership of the issue.

I paid with my card and the checkout went through quickly, which was nice. I also liked that there were a few other payment options available. That said, I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality of the experience until I use it a bit more.

"Got charged again after trying to cancel"
I tried to cancel my subscription it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The cancellation options weren’t very clear, and then I got charged again anyway with no real update about what was going on. I reached out to support, but it took too long to hear back. Just left a bad impression overall, and I don’t see myself using Lumimeds again.

I reached out to customer service about an issue with my order, and they got back to me within about a day. They were really polite, thankfully, and managed to sort everything out before I spiraled into full dramatic despair. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but in the end, they handled it well and I’m happy enough with the outcome. 4 stars.
